A Letter from Rebecca St James while recording for her new album out in Oct 2005.

A Letter from Rebecca St James while recording for her new album out in Oct 2005.
Hey from the Studio!

I am currently sitting here writing to you, while we cut guitars on
two of my new songs, 'Love Being Loved By You' and 'Alive'. In
studio-lingo, 'cut' means record, and the cutting today is going well.
Every now and then I contribute my two cents, which sometimes leads to
a good idea and sometimes not! :) That's one of the fun things about
the studio... everyone puts in their ideas and at the end of the day
the best one wins! It's a very creative, sometimes stressful but
mostly enjoyable environment. After working hard on writing a song
it's very exciting to see it begin to come together.

Recording has been going very well... I'm very excited about what God
is doing on this project. I am probably more excited about making
music today than I have ever been. This album is more rock than any of
my other albums other than GOD but it still has an accessible feel to
it. We are really being quite experimental in the studio...our goal is
to make really fresh sounding, outside-the-box music that has
powerful, life-changing lyrics. I was telling a guy from my record
label today that I feel that the lyrics I'm writing for this project
couple very real, vulnerable thoughts with God's hope. Those are the
two things that I feel our generation today is looking for - reality
and hope.

Anyway, the point of this email was not just to give you a glimpse
into studio life but more importantly, to thank you for your prayers.
My producers, co-writers and I are really seeing the answers to those
prayers. Please continue to pray that God will give us the
inspiration for the last few songs that need to be written and that He
will guide us as we create.

You are a blessing to our ministry.

With love in Jesus,
Rebecca St. James

A message from Tiffany of Plumb

Message from Tiffany of Plumb
Hello everyone,

I am just wanting to take this opportunity to update you on alot that has been going on. It has been a while since i have been able to send an email blast out to everyone so i wanted to take this opportunity to catch everyone up on what is going on with me, Plumb.

I know the website has been down and we are continually working to get it up, but we want to make sure everything is perfect before we get it up and running. Thanks though for you guys that still visit it frequently and all of you who are active on the messageboard.

I have put a new song up on www.myspace.com/plumb, this was originally done by a fan and i have just recently had it changed over for my use, so i will be on the site periodically as I have found that it is an easy way to post music, inform about shows, etc... The new song that is available is "Blush" this is one of my favorite songs on the record, if you are a Plumb fan from early days this one is a bit reminiscent of "Stranded".

I am not sure if all of you guys use iTunes like i do, but i am constantly downloading more songs for my iPod. Well, i have good news, the new single "I Can't Do This" is finally up on iTunes. This is the first opportunity to get any of the new music, although there is another way to get some of the music as well. The song "Real Life Fairytale" is in the movie(end credits) and on the soundtrack for the movie "The Perfect Man". So you can also hear that song on the soundtrack.

Well, besides having a beautiful baby boy (Solomon Fury Lee) and being mother to him, that is currently what is going on in my life.

Enjoy the new music, and i would love to get messages from you guys anytime on the www.plumbinfo.com messageboard or on myspace.

Grace and Peace,
Plumb

Welcome Team!

Though generic sounding - the streetteam is the real-deal. We team up to promote the latest MAJOR Christian or otherwise concert in the Philippines. The teams membership varies - and that's a good thing. We enjoy most of the things street teams enjoy plus a bonus of learning about business and setting up a concert.

Its a great place to learn about LIFE and people and reality. All the while getting as close as you can to serving and promoting your beloved bands/artists/poets/singers/bands.

Welcome Team!
